Human Resources Project Coordinator – Join Our Team
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in central London Office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £40,000 p.a.

Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the administrative aspects of our global HR projects and day-to-day operations at The Travel Corporation (TTC). Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will facilitate communication and coordination across the People & Culture (P&C) teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, reporting, and project updates.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and Oversee HR Initiatives – Coordinate and manage global HR projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the Value Creation Plan.
- Collaborate with External Organizations – Engage with external partners to facilitate and drive HR projects effectively.
- Support Leadership – Assist the CPO with various HR initiatives, including monthly expense management, while ensuring efficient follow-through.
- Social Media Management – Oversee TTC’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels, ensuring active engagement and consistent branding.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – Actively participate in DEI initiatives and communicate updates to regional P&C leads.
- Project Awareness – Stay informed about global projects, even if not directly involved, and be prepared to step in when needed.
- Policy and Procedure Knowledge – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures, proactively addressing employee queries.
- Data-Driven Analysis – Utilize Excel to perform regular data analysis, generating accurate and actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail – Ensure adherence to branding and design guidelines, addressing discrepancies as necessary.
- Initiative & Time Management – Take ownership of tasks and projects, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Survey Design & Analysis – Design and manage surveys, analyze results, and develop actionable follow-ups.
- Coordinate Monthly People Connects – Organize and facilitate monthly People Connect sessions for engagement and collaboration.
- Manage Data – Oversee census data management to support HR functions.
Experience & Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a Level 3 CIPD Qualification.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge or interest in HR policies and procedures.
- Experience or interest in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn & Instagram).
- Familiarity with DEI principles and initiatives.
- Professionalism, approachability, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
