We have rewarding opportunities for STEM graduates and PhDs to join our consulting team. No previous experience is needed as our unique 5-month training scheme covers everything you need to know to become a first-class developer. You will become proficient in a wide range of skills including cloud infrastructure, programming, application engineering and testing. Working closely with our clients, you will be designing and developing the world-class solutions we deliver every day.

At the end of your 2-year training scheme you will gain a qualification in Software Development and can expect to be earning around £50,000. • At least a 2:1 degree or PhD in a STEM subject, plus an excellent academic background
• Excellent problem solving skills
• An ability to quickly adapt to new situations

• A willingness to travel and work at client sites across the UK

• Salary of £27,680 during initial 5-month training period, rising to £31,780 on completion

• Your first 12 months spent in Poole, with the option to relocate to one of our other locations after this
