Client Services Account Manager
🚀 Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in-office)

We’re an independent media agency with big ideas, ambitious clients, and a team of smart, creative, and passionate media minds. We plan and execute killer campaigns that get results – whether that’s through Paid Social, Paid Search, or even Offline Media (bonus points if you know your way around that, but no worries if not!).
We like to keep things collaborative, fast-moving, and fun – and we’re now on the lookout for a Client Services Account Manager to help keep our clients happy, our campaigns on point, and our media plans running like a dream.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Being the go-to person for our clients – you’ll be their first call when they need advice, updates, or a media wizard to make things happen.
- Planning and managing Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns that actually move the needle.
- Working closely with internal teams to brief, refine, and optimize media strategies.
- Presenting reports and insights in a way that makes clients say, “Wow, that makes total sense!” instead of “Wait… what’s ROAS again?”
- Spotting opportunities for growth – whether that’s helping a client scale up, testing new platforms, or suggesting out-of-the-box ideas.
- Keeping up with industry trends so we’re always one step ahead.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a media agency or similar role.
- A solid background in Paid Social and Paid Search – you know your TikToks from your Google Ads and can navigate ad platforms with ease.
- A people person who can build great client relationships without breaking a sweat.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (media is never dull, right?).
- A strategic thinker who loves digging into data to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Experience in offline media is a nice-to-have, but not a dealbreaker!
