As Production Manager, you’ll be part of the operational leadership team and responsible for the Sawing, Machining, and Inspection teams. You'll develop, mentor, and coach staff to ensure high standards and meet KPIs. You'll also drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality, and promote continuous improvement.

- Team Management: Develop and manage Sawing, Machining, and Inspection teams.
