As Production Manager, you’ll be part of the operational leadership team and responsible for the Sawing, Machining, and Inspection teams. You'll develop, mentor, and coach staff to ensure high standards and meet KPIs. You'll also drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality, and promote continuous improvement.
Key Duties:
- Team Management: Develop and manage Sawing, Machining, and Inspection teams.
- Performance Indicators: Analyse TEEP, OOE, OTIF, and drive improvements.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Quality: Minimize non-conformances and maximize quality control.
- Delivery: Develop and execute production plans, monitor process times.
