About this role As a Team Lead for Young and Young Adult carers your responsibilities would include:
– provide day to day line management of Carers Support Advisers work in co-production with young carers and young adult carers to ensure that all services are exceptional and build effective relationships with locality partners.

About you To be successful in this role you will need : experience of managing multiple streams of work with the ability to inspire support and motivate staff working knowledge of health and social care particularly in relation to young carers and young adult carers excellent communication and interpersonal skills We are looking for passionate people who are committed to the overall aims and objectives of the Charity.
