Position Overview:
As the CFO of our client’s financial company, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the overall financial performance of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will have a broad scope of responsibilities, including:
- Providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to the executive team.
- Developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Overseeing the financial reporting process and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Leading financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Managing financial risk and implementing effective risk management practices.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulators.
- Participating in mergers and acquisitions activities and driving corporate finance initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the financial industry.
