We are looking for an experienced risk specialist to step into a newly created CRO role to help spearhead our growth and ensure an optimal risk strategy. You will build out our core risk capabilities, from establishing risk appetite to being at the forefront of our credit and fraud strategies. The role requires continuous learning and improvements to optimise credit performance, forecasting, and tracking the performance of the portfolio.
This role will report directly to the CEO and be a vital part of our Leadership team.

Heading up our global risk organisation and overall risk strategy with a heavy emphasis on credit risk and fraud risk

Leading our Credit, Data Science, and Fraud functions and building out our company-wide risk tolerance

Owning the development and optimization of our global credit scorecards

Working closely with our Commercial and Product teams as we launch new products and new distribution channels from an "all things risk" perspective

Monitoring and reporting on risk to the Board as well as potential debt and equity investors

Experience working in lending (consumer or business) with a strong preference for experience in credit cards

An "in the weeds" executive who wants to get into high levels of detail and feel true ownership

Quantitative, numbers-oriented but with the ability to combine detailed level analysis with strategic perspectives
