We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team.
The successful candidate will join a highly ranked corporate team, advising on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and general corporate governance matters. The Senior Associate will run their own transactions with partner support, handling due diligence, drafting shareholder agreements, while advising on corporate restructurings. The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in technology and IP.
