Lead and nurture a team, ensuring continuous improvement in care standards.
Are you passionate about delivering the highest standard of care? Do you want to work with a supportive and forward-thinking provider?, NVQ 4 or NVQ Level 5 (or higher) in care or relevant qualification.
Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks for care homes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience managing care homes with evidence of strong CQC compliance
A strong step up Deputy Manager wit h longevity or a Home Manager with at least 2 years of management experience in a care setting.
