Leading team meetings and positively leading a small team

Adhering to Nursery policies and procedures which includes the Safeguarding and Health and Safety of all children.
Experience in the role of leading staff
MUST hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
At least one year experience working in a nursery
Experience in tracking children’s progress and development
Experience working with In the Moment Planning would be preferable not not essential
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework
An understanding of safeguarding procedures
A passion for working with children under 5 years old
Please contact us if you would like to come and look around our nursery. We are open from 8-6pm, you need to be available to work between 7.30-6pm Monday to Friday. (Room Leaders work between 30 and 40 hours per week.)
Pay is from £12.50 per hour depending on experience.
