Job Summary
Administrative Team Lead – East South Hub 12 month Secondment
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to undertake a period of secondment into the Administrative Team Lead post in the East South Hub.
To lead, manage and develop an administrative team within a rapidly changing and developing business environment that is patient, neighbourhood and service co-ordination focused, provided from multiple bases as needed, to support clinical service delivery and effective management of available resources.
This post will be based at The Warrens in Enderby.
Main duties of the job
The role of Administrative Team Lead is key to the operational delivery of supporting administrative services within our Integrated Therapy and Nursing Hubs.
The Following Skills Are Essential To The Role
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure delivery of a cohesive service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of working as a team lead/line manager for a function or department.
- Experience of managing staff including performance, absence, HR processes and procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate complex problem-solving skills relating to the area of responsibility.
- Ability to work corporately within a large, multi-professional team.
- Ability to work within, understand and interpret policies, procedures and guidelines.
- You will need to demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills, supporting staff working across several differing work streams.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure is essential to the role.
- Operating SystmOne, a national NHS electronic patient record system, is a key requirement of this role. Whilst full training will be provided, there is an expectation that applicants would need to be skilled and confident in adapting to work with complex electronic systems.
Although the role is predominantly based at The Warrens, Enderby, there may be a need for some travel requirements therefore public transport commuting is not suitable for this role.
