Business Development Director, DACH (German Speaking) – Retail Media / Performance Advertising / Marketing

The role:
- Take charge of creating and closing new opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering outstanding ROI for your clients.
- Use strategic outreach techniques to generate leads and win new business in the DACH region.
- Craft compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and close high-value agreements.
- Work closely with internal departments to develop innovative, tailored solutions that address client challenges.
- Establish and nurture strong client partnerships, driving upsells and adoption of new products.
- Contribute to revenue forecasts, account plans, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
About You:
- 5+ years of selling performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of key performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
- Experience selling direct to brands.
- Native German speaker.
