Purpose
As their Digital Delivery Lead (that can also be described as a Hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives. You will work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This role also has a large element of hands-on involvement to ensure that the company’s digital estate is performing, resiliently, efficiently securely and stably i.e. supporting & administration of their Azure environment, liaising with 3rd parties for new tech and support issues. Making infrastructure changes to improve security, stability scalability etc of an Azure environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance project delivery and team performance.
- Documentation: Update and maintain departmental documentation to ensure it reflects current processes, standards and project statuses.
- Team Management: Support Development managers with dev team resource recruitment, management and motivation.
- CTO Support: Assisting their CTO with strategic project planning, technology assessments and other ad-hoc tasks/projects as needed.
Experience And Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in digital project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects.
- Skills: Strong communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- You don’t need to code but you’ll ideally have some understanding of code (.Net preferred).
- Certifications: Scrum Master or other relevant certifications.
