You’ll work hands-on with data building models, interpreting results, and presenting insights, while also engaging senior stakeholders to shape strategic decisions.The Role:Deliver hands-on analysis and modelling to support executive-level decision-making.Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks and clear recommendations.Present findings persuasively to non-technical audiences, securing stakeholder buy-in.Build robust statistical and decision models, applying strong numeracy and conceptual thinking.Collaborate across the organisation to align on strategy and deliver outcomes.Stay close to industry trends and peer benchmarks to inform strategic direction.Experience, Skills and Approach:Proven experience in analytics, data science, or research roles.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, with experience in statistical modelling and hands-on analytics.Skilled in data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI) and data storytelling.Consulting capability: able to frame problems, challenge assumptions, and influence adoption of solutions.Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.Collaborative approach, with experience delivering projects in cross-functional teams.Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications is highly valued.Experience in consulting firms or large organisations; finance background helpful but not required.
