As a Senior UX Designer, you are responsible for crafting intuitive, delightful, and accessible user experiences across our platform. You will translate complex workflows into elegant interfaces, advocate for user needs, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver seamless solutions at scale.

Lead the design vision by simplifying user journeys, creating cohesive design systems, and ensuring our platform is both beautiful and highly usable.

What You Bring

  • Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing digital products.
  • Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Comfortable working in agile teams, collaborating with engineers and product managers.
  • Strong focus on solving real user problems and delivering measurable impact.
  • Passion for continuous learning, feedback, and design innovation.
  • Experience with Figma, Jira and React.

Team Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React
  • Backend: Nest.js, Python/fastapi, LangChain
  • Test Automation: Pact, Jest, Cypress, and Pytest (including AI test automation)
  • Infrastructure: AWS ECS, PostgreSQL, Kafka (migrating from RabbitMQ)
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (using native AWS services where possible)
  • CI/CD: GitHub-based tooling
