Role Overview

As the Head of Creative, you will play a key role in shaping Abbott Lyon’s creative vision and global brand identity. Leading the creative team, you’ll conceptualise and deliver innovative, impactful campaigns and content that resonate across all platforms, driving engagement and positioning Abbott Lyon as a market leader in luxury affordable jewellery. Working closely with the Assistant Brand Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing best in class campaigns that captivate our audiences and align with Abbott Lyon’s brand values. This includes overseeing creative deliverables across all touch points, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and compelling storytelling throughout. You’ll take ownership of the creative briefing process, project management, and 360° campaign rollouts, translating the brand vision into exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership & Campaign Development
  • Conceptualise and execute standout creative campaigns for Abbott Lyon, from photoshoots to viral content ideas, ensuring alignment with the brand’s creative and growth strategy.
  • Lead the creation of innovative, purpose-driven campaigns that enhance the brand’s global identity, maximising engagement and reach.
  • Oversee the creative briefing process, shoot coordination, and final delivery of all assets with meticulous attention to quality control.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets consistently reflect Abbott Lyon’s identity and standards.
  • Brand Ownership
  • Working with the Assistant Brand Director to develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy, delivering comprehensive campaign decks for key stakeholder engagement and toolkits to ensure seamless execution across all channels and platforms.
  • Champion the brand’s creative direction, evolving its visual and storytelling elements while maintaining a distinct and recognisable identity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative excellence across all customer touchpoints, from product imagery to paid and owned social campaigns.
  • Drive forward-thinking, shareable campaigns that grow Abbott Lyon’s global community and solidify its position in the marketplace.
  • Be the internal expert and authority on our brand codes, including the use of colour, font, logo, design principles and images.
  • Content Creation & Innovation
  • Lead the development of a holistic, 360° creative strategy that engages audiences across all platforms.
  • Direct content creation to ensure all materials align with the brand’s storytelling and elevate the customer experience.
  • Continuously push creative boundaries, ensuring Abbott Lyon remains at the forefront.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing creative and content team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver exceptional creative output.
  • Implement efficient workflows and processes to optimise productivity and drive results.
  • Analyse team performance and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Budget & Resource Management
  • Strategise and manage budgets, ensuring maximum impact with resourceful and cost-effective ideas.
  • Continuously evaluate performance metrics to ensure resources are allocated strategically.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

The ideal candidate will be an extremely passionate, hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering creative excellence.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a premium brand or agency, with 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Leadership: Inspirational leadership style with the ability to empower and motivate teams while driving collaboration.
  • Strategic Thinking: A commercial mindset with a global, social-first approach to creative development.
  • Organisation & Efficiency: Highly organised, with expertise in workflow management and process improvement.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative visions and ideas.
  • Innovation: A proactive, boundary-pushing thinker who can execute bold ideas with precision.
