Here at Aqua Splash Leisure, our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team – and right now we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join our centre.
As the Sales Manager, you will engage and develop our commercial arm and drive sales of memberships in swimming lessons and our aquatic and wellbeing memberships. You will work collaboratively with the Aqua Splash Team to develop a commercial culture. You will report directly to the Contract Manager and work closely with sales managers based in the UK, having direct accountability for the commercial success through membership and ticket sales at Aqua Splash.

About you:
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who, like the members of staff, prides themselves on delivering the best service possible for those who visit the centre and goes the extra mile for customers when required.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates who have prior experience in a sales role, leading by example and working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry. You will also have a willingness to adopt and deliver a non-standard working day and/or week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays).
