You will take responsibility for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and identifying new market opportunities in key international regions. You will be expected to be hands on, we are looking for someone who is adaptable with the capability of laying the foundations for further worldwide growth.The successful International Sales Manager will have:Current experience in an International Sales Manager role or equivalentIdeally you will have experience within Western Europe, France & Germany! Exceptional influencing skills, you must be a do-er, problem solver and trouble shooterGood with ambiguityFirst class presentation and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills and strategic thinkingPreferably be degree educated or equivalentSalary: £60,000 – £70,000 plus a performance related bonus, pension, healthcare etc. Hybrid: Field based / circa 2 days in the office per month.
