We are Hiring – Freelance Fundraising Advisor (Angel Investors, Club Deals & SPVs)We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Advisor (VAT required) to support us in structuring and managing our upcoming fundraising activities.Responsibilities:Assist the Board in identifying and approaching Angel Investors and Club Deal.Support the preparation of investor meeting.Manage investor relations, follow-ups, and closing process.Provide strategic advice on fundraising instruments (SAFE, Convertible Notes, Equity).Bring expertise in the structuring and management of Club Deals and SPVs for investors.Requirements:Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital.Strong personal network of Angel Investors.Solid understanding of Club Deals and SPV structures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Autonomy, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Freelance / Partita IVA setup required.What we offer:Direct collaboration with the Board on an ambitious international project.Flexible, freelance collaboration with growth potential.Career path and long-term opportunities to be discussed during the interview.
