Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Primary School, West London
Employment Type: Full-Time 8.30 – 3.30pm

About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for an experienced and proactive School Administrator to work in a primary school located in South East London. We are searching for a candidate who is reliable and proactive with experience in a school office in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service. This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP. We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the school reception area and liaise with parents and carers
  • Greet visitors appropriately following safeguarding protocols
  • Manage the school telephone system and organise the reception email inbox
  • Maintain student records and provide general admin support to the SLT
  • Look after all the incoming and outgoing post and liaise with couriers
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, word processing, and managing electronic communications

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with anzuk
  • Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity – We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period
  • Minimum two months of experience working in a school in the UK
