Are you an established Global Benefits Consultant looking to be part of a strong collaborative team with a non-aggressive growth culture, the opportunity to develop your career in a fast growth environment and opportunity gain exposure into proposition and business strategy?
I\’m working with a leading intermediary who\’re looking to recruit a Global Benefits Consultant to their team. With this being a senior hire, you\’ll also have the opportunity to input into future strategy, play a key part in shaping the evolution of their value proposition and supporting with mentorship and coaching junior colleagues.
As well as managing a portfolio of large clients, there will also be a focus on growth supporting their efforts to expand existing relationships and win new corporate opportunities though leveraging relationships with colleagues across the wider business.
Their ideal candidate would be an established client manager who\’s technically strong across expatriate health and risk provision including benefit design, renewals, re-bidding and reporting, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and insurers and wants to be more involved at a strategic level.
