Our client, a well-established boutique Law Firm, is seeking a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join their thriving residential property team, with flexible hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team handling high net worth, quality residential transactions.

About the Conveyancing Solicitor Role

As the recommended buyer's solicitors on numerous major developments, our client handles a substantial portfolio of new build transactions. You will be working on exciting projects across the residential property spectrum, with particular focus on new build purchases and development work.

Essential Requirements for the Conveyancing Solicitor role:

Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in residential property matters
Proven experience in new build property transactions is essential
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
Excellent client care and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently

Conveyancing Solicitor - Desirable Skills:

Experience working with overseas buyer clients
Multi-lingual capabilities (advantageous)
Knowledge of development and off-plan sales processes
