The Day Job

• Meeting clients and getting to understand their hiring needs.
• Sourcing and screening candidates based on briefs.
• Writing role specifications and job adverts.
• Cold calling potential candidates and clients.
• Guiding candidates on their recruitment journey, finding them roles.
• Securing deals and making lucrative commission on each placements.
