- This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an Office Manager/Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.
This will be a key role in ensuring that the office/studio functions in a smooth and efficient way on a daily basis.
The role will involve the day to day purchasing of materials for projects, maintaining stock records, and dealing with suppliers. In addition, the candidate will deal with all office administration matters including managing office facilities, meeting and greeting visitors, managing travel arrangements and booking couriers. You will also provide admin support for the various departments in the business including sales, accounts, and production.
Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid office/studio management background, ideally within a design studio, production house or printers is desirable and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
