Job Description

EMC Compliance Engineer\\n\\nWe are seeking an EMC Compliance Engineer to test, validate, and document the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance of customer products. This hands-on role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure high-quality results and continuous improvement in laboratory processes.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nPerform EMC tests based on pre-defined plans and generate detailed reports.\\n\\nDevelop test plans and procedures tailored to product requirements.\\n\\nEnsure compliance with international EMC standards and regulations.\\n\\nCalibrate and maintain EMC testing equipment.\\n\\nProvide technical support to customers and collaborate with team members.\\n\\nIdentify and propose improvements to lab processes.\\n\\nSupport the lab’s ISO17025 quality management system.\\n\\nSkills and Qualifications\\n\\nEngineering knowledge in mechanics, physics, or electronics (A-level/HNC or higher).\\n\\nExperience with EMC equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.).\\n\\nFamiliarity with standards like EN55032, EN(phone number removed)-x, and EMC directives.\\n\\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\\n\\nExperience with UKAS-accredited labs or programming (Python) is a plus.\\n\\nTraining and Development\\n\\nWe provide in-house training, external courses (if needed), and opportunities to mentor junior staff.
