Sales Office Manager

Location: Cannock, Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic internal sales team, driving daily performance and ensuring consistent growth in line with business objectives. This role focuses on leadership and team management—not direct selling—making it perfect for a skilled mentor and motivator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear leadership and day-to-day management of the internal sales team
  • Set daily goals, track performance, and foster a high-achieving, motivated team culture
  • Monitor team KPIs and individual targets to ensure consistent delivery against commercial objectives
  • Support sales performance through structured coaching, training, and 1-1 development plans
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive results
  • Manage pricing strategy, profitability, and support with reporting and sales analytics
  • Deliver regular performance updates and strategic insight to senior leadership
  • Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
  • Lead internal sales meetings and ensure clear communication of goals, challenges, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a high-performing sales or commercial team
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on accountability and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork
  • Confident using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms to track performance and inform decisions
  • Inspirational leader with the ability to drive positive change and support business growth
