TH Daniels Global Executive Search have partnered with a global provider of Heat Exchangers & Process Equipment to recruit a UK Sales Manager.This is a critical position within the business, based within the European Sales Team with responsibility & ownership for managing existing revenue and driving new growth across Heating & Cooling markets withing the UK.Key Responsibilities:Oversee UK Sales, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve and exceed sales targets across Heating & Cooling Industries.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions from our product portfolio. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Heat Exchangers and Cooling Technologies, collaborating with engineering teams & service centres to address client queries and provide innovative solutions. Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting of sales performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years in sales and business development within the Heat Exchanger, Cooling Solutions, or HVAC industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment. Strong understanding of heat transfer technologies and or HVAC Equipment and their applications across various industries.
