Nexus Recruitment have partnered with a boutique commercial property consultancy, who are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Manager in Central London. The role will involve management of a mixed-use portfolio. Core responsibilities:

Day to day management of roughly 20 sites, mixed in sizes

Management of service charge budgets

Liaising with the tenants daily, working with the onsite customer service teams

Liaising with external contractors ensuring major works are carried out efficiently

Direct management of one Assistant

Scheduling and coordinating any maintenance
This is a suitable role for an individual with at least 4 years experience in Commercial Property Management and ideally someone who is qualified but not essential. The following skill set/qualifications are preferred:

4 years + experience in Property Management (office space or retail)

RICS (studying ideally)

Full UK Driving license

Proven track record of managing your own portfolio in Central London

A salary of £50,000pa
