Site Manager
Location: Nottingham
Rate: £21.20 per hour PAYE
Contract Type: Ongoing Contract
Objective:
To deliver the project on time, to the required quality standards, and within budget whilst maintaining client and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and obtain relevant information to plan works.
- Understand the Company’s obligations under the Contract.
- Collate all required information from the Client/Representative (e.g., drawings/specifications) to plan works on site.
- Determine method of works, phasing, and programme of works.
- Establish and maintain on-site administrative systems, health & safety, environmental, and welfare.
- Identify resource requirements for works (i.e., materials, plant, and equipment).
- Discuss and determine training and future development as required on the project.
- Monitor progress of the works.
- Hold team meetings with staff and supply chain.
- Liaise closely with resident liaison staff and client representatives.
- Provide real-time programme data to the contracts administrator.
