We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team to work on some of the UK and Ireland’s most exciting building projects across a range of sectors. As an esc Senior Project Manager, you will undertake a leading role to deliver exemplary services to clients. Responsibilities • Lead the project management function on a variety of capital construction projects • Prioritise and manage multiple projects at different delivery stages • Expertly guide and collaborate with clients to plan, coordinate and execute their projects, from conceptualization to completion on time and within budget • Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to understand project requirements and risks • Project planning from feasibility stage through development of design and contract preparation to tender and construction • Preparing and negotiating contract documents, tender information and post-tender reporting • Assessment of legal compliance, validity of contractual claims and disputes • Provision of post-occupancy advice Essential Qualifications & Experience • Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) or Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent professional body (or working towards the accreditation) • Degree-qualified • At least 3 years’ project management experience • Experience of managing projects under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts • Proven experience of the coordination of concurrent multiple projects • Experience of working with cross-functional teams • Full driving licence Desirable Qualifications • NEC3 or NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation Key Skills • Strong IT skills (M365 package, particularly Excel) • Effective communication skills with a client-facing approach • Strong interpersonal skills – including the ability to build and develop relationships • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Analytical thinking and a creative approach to problem solving • Ability to work under pressure and use your initiative • Resilience and determination • Teamwork and motivation skills • Understanding of building/engineering technology • Commercial awareness
