Our client, a respected artisan cheese producer nestled in a picturesque rural landscape, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small, inclusive, and supportive team. The role will involve some manual handling (e.g. lifting boxes, pulling pallets etc.).

Key Office Administrator responsibilities:
  • Taking customer orders via email and telephone (both retail and wholesale) – a bespoke ordering system is currently in development
  • Organising packing room and butter making activities
  • Arranging distribution of product
  • Invoicing customers
  • Completing daily office sales
  • Assisting with farmers market planning
  • Providing general administrative support to colleagues and assisting with day-to-day office operations
Personal Specification Office Administrator:
  • Prior experience in administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (Sage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
