Contracts manager

Contracts manager role\\n\\nMy Client are looking to onboard a Contracts manager to oversee New Build / Construction projects based in areas such as: Leighton buzzard, Farnbrough, London etc. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage and oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout.\\nEnsure compliance with all contractual terms, conditions, and company policies.\\nWork closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.\\nAssist Project Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.\\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.\\nProvide regular reports on contract status and project performance to senior management Requirements:\\n\\nProven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Industry with Construction / Build \\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.\\nExperience in jobs ranging between £2 million up to £10 million+ \\n\\nSalary Banding: £70k – £80k all inclusive (No car allowance included).
