About the Role
In this psychology-based discipline, you will use principles of learning and behaviour to support individuals in making meaningful, measurable changes. This involves:
- Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Reducing challenging behaviours, such as violence, self-harm, or disruptive behaviours.
- Enabling prisoners to engage with the prison regime and unlock their potential.
- Working collaboratively with the psychology team to guide and support operational staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess behavioural challenges and develop strategies to address them.

- Qualifications:
