Description
The In-house Solicitor will be:
- Providing expert legal advice on commercial contracts and franchise agreements
- Supporting business stakeholders on data protection and GDPR matters
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure legal compliance
- Assisting with various ad-hoc legal matters as required
Profile
The In-house Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with 2+ years PQE
- Experienced in commercial contracts, franchise agreements, and data protection
- Strong communicator, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
