We’re looking for a Mobile Site Caretaker to help maintain our properties and provide essential support to our tenants. Your role will include:\\n\\nRepairs & Maintenance: Carrying out basic repairs, touch-ups, and coordinating larger repair work with contractors.\\n\\nHealth & Safety: Conducting regular safety checks, testing communal systems, and reporting risks or hazards.\\n\\nCommunity Support: Keeping communal areas well-maintained, offering advice to tenants, and reporting any concerns such as anti-social behaviour or fly-tipping.\\n\\nContractor Oversight: Ensuring cleaning and grounds maintenance contractors meet high standards and addressing any issues.\\n\\nTeam Collaboration: Providing support to colleagues during absences and attending tenant meetings when required.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\nWe’re after someone with hands-on experience in property maintenance, caretaking, or a similar role.
