As Director of eCommerce, you will be responsible for managing online sales channels, including the website, marketplaces, and other online platforms. You will lead a team of eCommerce specialists, working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to develop and implement the eCommerce strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy to drive growth and increase online sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
  • Experience managing an eCommerce team and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
