Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Quant Finance & Systematic Trading London-based | US market focus (flexible working hours to overlap with US clients)

We are looking for ambitious graduates from any discipline to join our Quant Finance & Systematic Trading practice in London, supporting our expansion into the U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity to launch a high-impact career in recruitment , working with elite quantitative talent and leading global firms.
What you’ll be doing
Talent sourcing & headhunting : Engaging with top quantitative talent, from PhDs and developers to traders and portfolio managers.
Candidate support : Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling, interview prep, and managing client interactions.
Market research : Mapping talent, tracking trends in systematic trading, quant research, and technology.
Client support : Helping to prepare candidate shortlists, job descriptions, and presentations for U.S. clients.
Collaboration & learning : Working alongside senior consultants, gaining exposure to executive search techniques, business development, and quantitative finance.
What we’re looking for
Recent graduate in any discipline .
Sharp intellect, strong analytical skills , and the ability to grasp complex, technical material.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and resilient — relentless in pursuit of results.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Curious about quant finance and systematic trading , and eager to learn the industry.
Willingness to work hours overlapping with the U.S. market (typically early mornings / late evenings in London).
