Head of Technical Operations

20Twenty Search have been exclusively engaged to appoint a Head of Operations for a rapidly growing Specialty Insurance carrier.This is a key leadership role responsible for building and optimising operational infrastructure and to support significant expansion across multiple business lines. This will be a hands on role developing and overseeing the full operational framework including process design, technology integration, third-party partner management (MGAs, TPAs, corporate partners), onboarding new partnerships and claims operations.The ideal candidate will bring deep insurance operational expertise, a strong process mindset, and experience navigating complex growth environments. You’ll thrive in building scalable systems, managing third-party partnerships, and collaborating closely with leadership across underwriting, claims, finance and compliance.This is a rare opportunity to help shape and deliver operational excellence within a highly ambitious specialty insurance platform.
