Senior Account Director | POS | West Yorkshire (Hybrid) | £65k – £75k + package
Aim Search are partnered with a leading and award winning Producer of Retail Point of Sale, who are recruiting for a heavy weight Account Director to be wholly accountable for ensuring the account team provides a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s at all times. The Senior Account Director will take responsibility for the strategic running and overall performance of the client portfolio, guiding and supporting the account team to ensure that client activities are expanded to their fullest potential in order to maximise service, value add and profitability, thus ensuring client retention.
About the Senior Account Director role:
- Motivate and develop the Account Team, ensuring they provide a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s at all times.
- Develop excellent client and business relationships, including key senior personnel
- Provide Retail POS and Signage solutions that meet client expectations, working with them to deliver innovation on future store development opportunities
- Continually review process and current practice, challenging received ways of working and initiating improvements which add value
About the successful Senior Account Director:
- 10 years+ client service experience, working directly with retailers on creative POS solutions
- Extensive POS production and workflow experience: strong technical skills and the ability to provide instant solutions and recommendations
- Thorough understanding of the retail POS landscape
- Previous experience working on client site.
- Familiar with excellent customer service and accustomed to delivering it
