We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive based at Royal Society of Arts.

Location: Royal Society of Arts (Office based role)
Salary: £32,445 per annum
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and convert sales enquiries and opportunities for the venue to confirmed business, working towards personal monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  2. Achieve and exceed revenue targets using upselling techniques.
  3. Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service and relationships from enquiry through the sales cycle, coordination and planning, through to post-event follow up.
  4. Follow up on all enquiries within 1-4 hours and record accurate details in the CRM.
  5. Conduct proactive sales calls and actively search for new business.
  6. Accurately create contracts and raise invoices, ensuring all deposits are paid by due dates prior to events taking place.
  7. Meet and greet your clients when they are on-site and work some high-value events in a client management capacity.
  8. Follow up feedback and secure repeat business.
