MCS Group is looking for a skilled Paraplanner to join a very high-performing, mid-sized financial planning firm. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity based in-office in Belfast.

This is a hugely respected, long-established mid-sized financial planning firm that has been offering top-tier advice to their clients for decades. The firm currently has more than £150 million in funds under management, with year-on-year growth coming naturally.
This is a superb chance for an experienced paraplanner to further their skills and career by working alongside the firm's many advisers - who service clients across NI & GB.
The Rewards:
- Base salary of £30,000 - £34,000
- Bonus scheme

The Role:
As the successful Paraplanner, you will play a key role in:
- Preparation of advice letters and recommendations e.g. investments and pensions
- Preparation of content for annual review meetings
- Preparation of pension, income drawdown and investment reviews
- Preparation of detailed cash flow models
- Undertaking research to support recommendations
- Provision of technical support to complex client queries
- Liaison with clients
- Occasional attendance at client meetings
The Person:
The successful Paraplanner will meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience working for a wealth management or IFA firm
- Technical paraplanning skills
- Ideally level 4 diploma qualified
- Excellent client-facing skills, communication skills
- "No problem too small" mindset, desire to be hands-on and help teammates whenever needed
