About the role
We have a wonderful Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub Team (MASH) here at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust!
MASH is a very fast paced and busy team. The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) enables the sharing of information between services so risks to children can be identified at an early stage. The successful candidate will collaborate with other professionals to ensure immediate and prompt responses. Their combined knowledge and expertise keep children and young people in Northamptonshire safe from harm.
Our MASH teams are fun and supportive. We are supporting excellence in Social Work practice, with a new practice approach including, signs of safety and systemic practice, and clear personal development opportunities for the right candidates.

What will you be doing?
You will provide high quality case work decisions and operational supervision for referral information, making informed decisions in respect of safety of children within 24 hours of the referral. You will work collaboratively with our MASH partners and the child's voice will be evident through your work and and play a vital role in protecting children from harm.
About you
You will be a qualified social worker with proven 3 years of experience of working in a 'Front Door' service, who has completed your ASYE. Registered with Social Work England and have the commitment and passion to be at the forefront of delivering best practice and support to children and families.
