Health & Safety Manager

Health & safety manager required full time position works in and around london for a medium sized construction company who do tempory works . Structural alterations , groundwork ,medium sized RC frames & Basements The responsibility up to 15 sites , groundworks , medium sized RC frame , basements , temporary works, structural alterations Duties include but are not limited to: • Manage health and safety performance across all jobs • Coordinate operational practices and procedures. • Conduct site health & safety inspections and audits and coordinate, if required, any rectifications and monitor close out actions. • Monitor safety training needs • Review induction programmes, toolbox talks, and briefings. • Assist site managers with the review of company and contractors risk assessments and method statements checking for improvements and compliance. • Prepare legislation updates and advisory memos. • Investigate and report findings of accidents and incidents to include improvement recommendations. Working from london, but will have to come to head office in Bedfordshire Luton once a week for meeting with Director must have own car and clean driving licence Salary Benifits 28 days holiday including bank holidays Fuel card and train ticket paid for as when needed ‎ ( Please do not apply for this position unless you have minium 3 to 5 years working in in Health & Safety in the (construction industry)
