OVERVIEW

Do you want to join a fast-paced and high-performing product team? Do you want to help shape the next generation of AdTech products? Do you want to work for a leading company in a dynamic and expanding market? Captify is looking for a Product Analyst to help drive the development of our products. The right candidate will be responsible for monitoring and validating Captify’s suite of products, providing feedback via collaboration with your stakeholders, primarily other product teams. You must be comfortable interpreting and handling large volumes of data through various tools to run multiple concurrent tests to aid the direction of our product development. A large focus of the team will be building an always-on performance monitoring platform with a focus on our segmentation teams, who provide identity and contextual targeting products for our advertising clients.

ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a technically proficient individual. You should be comfortable in utilising tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python. You should also have a strong theoretical and practical expertise in statistics and Data Science. This role is inherently analytical, appealing to those who thrive in dissecting complex problems, designing intricate data solutions, and orchestrating the execution of statistical analyses and data pipelines. Your passion for data-driven decision-making and your knack for turning insights into action make you an ideal candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Product Analytics team to own your backlog and workload
  • Run various validation tests for our products, including AB tests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, i.e. traders, to ensure the smooth running of such tests
  • Own a suite of dashboards to provide insights to senior management over the performance of our product
  • Use such dashboards to set benchmarks for not just the Product Analytics team but other teams
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences internally
  • Write and contribute to the documentation of analytics findings
  • Work with other product teams to share your research, contributing to their roadmaps and driving the development of Captify’s product
  • Act as a point of contact within the product org for areas within your remit, i.e. updates on particular projects in which you, as an analyst, are involved
  • Be a company expert for your area of expertise and Captify’s product suite at large
  • Construct hypotheses for testing/research
  • Be involved in the data management of the team
  • Contribute to the wider product team prioritisation and strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-2 years of experience analysing data, including working knowledge and some experience with Statistics and experimental design
  • Highly attentive to detail, and an ability to drive high standards from your teams and collaborators
  • Experienced using analytics tools and platforms (including basic SQL usage, advanced Excel, Python, Tableau & Databricks)
  • Familiar with the concepts of data management
  • Proactive with data, hypothesis testing
  • Comfortable working with larger data sets and querying within database architectures

Advantage if you have:

  • Experience in Jira or other product management systems
  • Some understanding of machine learning modelling techniques
  • Previous experience in AdTech or similar marketing channels
  • An understanding of machine learning
