Role Purpose

Act as Workday Configuration Matter Expert in Time Tracking focusing on the Workday time tracking elements of Tate and Lyle’s integration program. The role will also be required to ensure time recording configuration works alongside existing and new absence functionality, feeding into payroll and other downstream systems.

Main Accountabilities

  • Workday Time Tracking including the ability to configure changes without Partner support including calculations, workflows and reporting

  • Ensuring Time Related Data is feeding relevant payroll systems

  • Working with business stakeholders to gather time tracking requirements

  • Translating requirements into functional design

  • Provide implementation, testing and production support troubleshooting/resolving critical issues

  • Provide support to any other HR Technology Subworkstream (HCM, Absence, Benefits, Reporting) where required

Performance Measures

  • Time Tracking Requirements for the integrated business are fully built, tested and deployed

  • Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met

  • Managing downstream impact of time tracking configuration

  • Providing guidance and support to local HR Teams

About You

  • Technical experience of Workday with a deep technical knowledge of time tracking into payroll and absence management including complex Time Calculations and impacts on payroll earnings

  • Knowledge of Workday reporting with the ability to build advance reports

  • Experience of requirement gathering to support optimisation projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Experience of working on internationally, USA is desirable
