Our client is a not for profit healthcare provider and is seeking a General Manager to become the registered manager of our new 101 bed residential care village in Tonbridge and assume responsibility for providing leadership to the home, for managing and developing the home whilst ensuring the excellent standard of care this organisation is renowned for is delivered. The organisation is growing and you will be a business focussed and confident manager and able to be fully involved in the redevelopment of this site. You will have experience of dementia care and creating a nurturing and caring environment for residents and your staff. You will need to establish and maintain good communication with residents, relatives, colleagues and professionals outside of the home such as Social Services, GP Commissioning Groups and the Care Quality Commission.
You will have:
- A strong record of residential care home management
- RMA / NVQ 5
