Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for ensuring smooth supply chain operations? We are seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Supervisor to oversee our inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. In this key role, you\’ll coordinate between customers, 3PL providers, sales, and warehouse teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Supervise inventory management, order processing, and reconciliation between Oracle and external logistics providersCoordinate shipments, resolve transit issues, and manage customer inquiriesSupport and mentor logistics team membersCollaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and improve processesEnsure compliance with internal systems and external shipping requirementsDeputize for the Operations Manager when neededQualifications & Skills:Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillmentFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, and proficient in ExcelStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of 3PL coordination and carrier managementIf you\’re committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, we\’d love to hear from you!
