However, we’re especially interested in professionals with expertise in:Support Services – Clinical psychologists, behavioural specialists, people with experience/ understanding of working with adults with additional needs (NCS, BACP, MBACP, etc.).Communications & Engagement – Experience in strategic comms/ CSR/ crisis comms/ branding/ digital growth.Legal & Risk Management – Qualified legal professionals (lawyers, solicitors).These are key areas of expertise, but we also deeply value lived experience.
