Location: London

To assume operational accountability for the provision and development of Anaesthetics, Perioperative and ITU services.

Contribute to the strategic planning of services within the Division, identifying future resourcing requirements and ensuring that the Division meets contractual and other requirements.

Ensure the delivery of a responsive, high quality, value for money service within the Division.

Achieve patient access standards, activity and other related targets with the available resources.

Monitor and take action to ensure that all quality, productivity and profitability targets are achieved.

Lead the development/reconfiguration and implementation of services in line with the Trust’s strategic direction.

In line with the Divisional and Trust strategy, develop best practice, service modernisation and improvement plans for the area, to enhance the patient experience and deliver value for money.
