A Change and Release Manager is required for this government client to lead the change advisory board, ensuring adequate risk assessment and scheduling of technical changes and releases. Take ownership of the configuration management database and the access, security and configuration of change activities and release procedures.London (hybrid)6 months contract initialSC ClearedSkills:Manage configuration management for the organisation, ensuring value for the business and adherence to company policies.Ensure that changes to assets are recorded and controlled appropriately whilst promoting organisational commitment to asset control.Manage service components to ensure they meet business needs and performance targets.Broad industry experience in change management.Implement a successful change management process from zero to full maturity.Pull out issues through agile health-checks with the team to provoke the right responses.Identify process optimisation opportunities with guidance and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions.Know about IT standard continuity management processes and procedures.Diagnose and prioritise incidents, investigating their causes and finding resolutions.Initiate and monitor actions to investigate patterns and trends to resolve problems, determine the appropriate remedy and assist with implementation of it as well as preventative measures.Please get in touch ASAP if suitable and of interest
